3. Products and Descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and dimensions may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of bags. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars. Payment terms are described in our Billing Policy and Billing Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to all addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states), with total delivery in 4–7 business days (1–2 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit). See our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee; refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the return; return shipping is paid by the customer except for damaged, defective or incorrect items; and exchanges are accepted. 7. Warranty

Our products include a 2 years limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty & Replacement. Except as stated in that warranty and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” without other warranties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Jimzee name, logo, emblem, product designs, photos and text, belongs to Jimzee and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, posting false reviews or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimzee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
